Infringement Notification
To file an infringement notification, it must be made in writing to the address at the bottom of this page and not via email. Any misrepresentation of infringement may hold you liable for damages and attorney fees.

Communications must include the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized party or owner of the allegedly infringed
2. Location of the alleged infringement with sufficient detail
3. Contact information of the allegedly infringed such as telephone number and address
4. The following statement: "I believe in good faith that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
